It's not always easy getting started, starting over or even to keep going but imagine where you will be at 6 weeks from now.
The purpose of our challenges is to change our habits and start transitioning into living a healthy lifestyle that we can maintain forever. Plus it's fun to be around people who are doing the same things and the challenges really help. It helps people stay motivated and inspired to keep going.
